- Appointment requests: Name, email, phone number, WhatsApp number, service required, preferred date and time, and any notes you provide.
- Contact form submissions: Name, email, phone number, department, and message content.
- Tool profiles (CardioSense / PulseScan): Age, gender, height, weight, and optional health conditions — stored only in your browser's localStorage.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Basic web analytics (page visits, browser type, referring page) if analytics tools are enabled.
- We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to third parties.
2.3 Health Sensor Data (CardioSense & PulseScan)
All microphone audio (CardioSense) and camera frames (PulseScan BP) are processed locally in your browser using JavaScript. This data never leaves your device. Measurement results are stored only in your browser's localStorage and are deleted when you clear your browser data.
3. How We Use Your Information

4. Data Storage & Retention
Appointment and contact data submitted via our forms is stored in Google Sheets operated by VitalCare Health. We retain this data for up to 24 months or until you request deletion. Health tool data (CardioSense, PulseScan) is stored only in your browser and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings or the app's Settings screen.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it with:
- Our care team: Doctors, nurses, and coordinators who need it to provide services you request.
- Google (Forms/Sheets): Appointment data is stored in Google Workspace under VitalCare's account, subject to Google's privacy policy.
- Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect the safety of patients or staff.
